Policies

Please be aware that by making an initial appointment with our service technicians, you are agreeing to abide by the billing policies of our company. There will be a fee, billed to you personally, if you do not notify us of a cancellation or change to your appointment time at least 24-hours in advance. This policy will be enforced for both new clients as well as established customers.
